This PRINCE2 Agile® V1 Foundation course is particularly suitable for anyone who has experience and/or certification in PRINCE2 Project Management V6, with which it is aligned.

The ITIL® 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value course requires you to have an ITIL 4 Foundation certification before you can enrol. This is to ensure a functional understanding of IT service management principles, best practices and concepts before moving on to more advanced qualifications.

The ITIL® 4 framework outlines a seven-step journey to co-creating value with customers. This journey covers everything from exploration and engagement to creating and delivering value. At all steps, the emphasis is on maximising stakeholder value by understanding both customer and user outcomes and experiences.

Zindiak’s ITIL® 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value course offers approximately 15 hours of content, including 600 minutes of engaging video lessons. The course is self-paced, allowing for flexibility, so you can take longer or shorter than that if necessary. 

When you’re comfortable with the learning materials, there’s a 90-minute, closed-book exam, which is available in nine languages. The exam voucher included with this course is valid for 12 months, giving you the opportunity to complete the course at your own pace.

An ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required before you can study the Create, Deliver and Support module. The reason is to ensure you understand the fundamentals of IT and digital service delivery before moving on to more advanced concepts.

The easiest way to renew is to simply gain another ITIL 4 certification: all ITIL 4 certifications are valid for 3 years from the date of your most recent certification.
