FAQs
No. In May 2025 PeopleCert released version 2 of PRINCE2 Agile [Link], which aligns with PRINCE2 Project Management V7.
Yes! Included with this PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation course, you’ll find an official PeopleCert exam voucher that’s valid for a minimum of 9 months from the date of purchase. The voucher allows you to take the exam online at a time and date that suits you and your busy schedule. And on the off chance you couldn’t pass the first time, you can take the exam again with one of our resit vouchers.
This PRINCE2 Agile® V1 Foundation course is particularly suitable for anyone who has experience and/or certification in PRINCE2 Project Management V6, with which it is aligned.
If you have no PRINCE2 experience or simply wish to follow the latest version, you should consider PRINCE2 Agile V2 Foundation [Link].
However, anyone interested in agile project delivery and improving team efficiency would benefit from taking the course. As this is the foundation-level course, there’s no prior knowledge required to start learning, and you can learn at your own pace. That means you can plan the content around a busy schedule, and with a minimum of 9 months to take the exam, that leaves you plenty of time to sharpen your knowledge.
For more courses and learning content, why not head over to our main page for PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management?
The ITIL® 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value course requires you to have an ITIL 4 Foundation certification before you can enrol. This is to ensure a functional understanding of IT service management principles, best practices and concepts before moving on to more advanced qualifications.
The ITIL® 4 framework outlines a seven-step journey to co-creating value with customers. This journey covers everything from exploration and engagement to creating and delivering value. At all steps, the emphasis is on maximising stakeholder value by understanding both customer and user outcomes and experiences.
Zindiak’s ITIL® 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value course offers approximately 15 hours of content, including 600 minutes of engaging video lessons. The course is self-paced, allowing for flexibility, so you can take longer or shorter than that if necessary.
When you’re comfortable with the learning materials, there’s a 90-minute, closed-book exam, which is available in nine languages. The exam voucher included with this course is valid for 12 months, giving you the opportunity to complete the course at your own pace.
An ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required before you can study the Create, Deliver and Support module. The reason is to ensure you understand the fundamentals of IT and digital service delivery before moving on to more advanced concepts.
The ITIL Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support module is a great fit for anyone who designs, delivers and supports digital products or services. After completing this course, you will have an understanding of:
- Improving existing processes and service development
- Managing IT teams effectively
- optimising value streams and workflows
- Aligning digital services with business strategy
- Integrate Lean, Agile and DevOps ways of working
All of the above skills would be desirable for any professional looking to advance their career in IT management.
Yes. As of 2023, all PeopleCert Global Best Practice certifications need to be renewed after three years.
The easiest way to renew is to simply gain another ITIL 4 certification: all ITIL 4 certifications are valid for 3 years from the date of your most recent certification.
Alternatively, you can gain 60 CPD points via PeopleCert PLUS annual membership.
Head over to the PeopleCert website for more on how to keep your certification valid.
As well as an exam voucher, we’ve included everything you’ll need to revise for and (hopefully!) pass the exam with this accredited eLearning course. That means you’ll get:
Lifetime Access
PeopleCert exam voucher (valid for a minimum of 9 months)
PeopleCert Official eBook
PeopleCert OTM (Official Training Materials)
Of course, if you think we’ve missed something, you can head over to our main page for PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management.
The PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation exam is available in a range of different languages, including Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish. That means non-native English speakers can take the exam in their own language, significantly enhancing performance.
