To complete the ITIL 4 Monitor, Support and Fulfil module, you must either:

  1. Pass the single ‘ITIL 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support, and Fulfil’ exam

OR

  1. Pass each of the 5 key ITIL practice exams individually
