When you purchase your annual membership from Zindiak, you will receive an email from passport@peoplecert.org containing a voucher code.
Just as you would with an exam voucher code, simply copy and past this 16-digit code into the voucher code field at the top of the home page in your PeopleCert account.
Your annual membership starts from the moment you enter your voucher code into your account.
So if you enter the voucher code into your account on 1st January, your membership will run until 31st December.
We guarantee delivery within 24-hours.
Delivery within normal UK office hours is usually much quicker and can be just a few minutes.
If you purchase your membership more that 24-hours ago, please search your email for an email from passport@peoplecert.org: it may be in your Junk/Spam folder.
