The ITIL v4 Foundation exam has a 65% pass mark, meaning at least 26 questions must be answered correctly.
The ITIL v4 Foundation exam is multiple-choice; however, as exam difficulty increases as you progress through the course types, scenario-based, essay-style questions are included in the examination.

If you fail any ITIL exam, you can either purchase a second exam voucher or a “Take2” resit option to have another go. There is no limit to the number of resits a learner can take. ITIL Training Questions
The ITIL v4 Foundation course takes 2-3 days to complete in a classroom or virtual setting, or approximately 15–16 hours for self-paced online learning. These timeframes do not take into account revision time, and therefore, the total duration is dependent on the time you are willing to dedicate as a learner.

The resources included in an ITIL training course differ depending on which bundle you have opted for. Every package includes the e-learning and exam voucher; you can also, however, choose to purchase mock exams and resit vouchers additionally.
