ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support – akkreditiertes E-Learning von Zindiak

This training course focuses on two value streams:
1. a value stream for a new service, which includes the following practices:
a) Service design
b) Software development and management
c) Deployment management
d) Release management
e) Service validation and testing
f) Change enablement

2. a value stream for user support, which includes the following practices:
a) Service desk
b) Incident management
c) Problem management
d) Knowledge management
e) Service level management
f) Monitoring and event management

As with other ITIL certifications, the ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support certificate needs to be renewed every three years. The easiest way to achieve this is to take another ITIL certification, which will renew all your existing ITIL certifications, or you can keep them all valid with CPD via a Peoplecert PLUS annual membership.

You’ll need to complete the ITIL® 4 Foundation course before beginning this one, making sure you have a basic understanding of the methodology and its principles, before building on them in this advanced course.

If you self-study and pass the exam, PeopleCert will NOT release your exam result nor issue you with a certificate until you have completed the mandatory accredited training course.
